How do I qualify for the VIP Club?
Your journey as a VIP begins once you reach 10,000 XP and unlock Bronze status. From there, as you accumulate XP, you’ll rise through the ranks, unlocking increasingly exclusive rewards and benefits.
What are the benefits of being a VIP?
VIPs receive access to exclusive perks including free spin drops, exclusive prize wheels, treasure hunts, cashback offers, XP boosts, personal VIP support, entry to the VIP Store, and a range of rewards and experiences tailored to their gameplay.
How do VIP levels work?
Our VIP program is tiered from Bronze to Obsidian. Each level is based on your XP points. As you earn more XP, you’ll unlock new levels with improved bonuses, bigger rewards and tailored benefits.
What is XP and how do I earn it?
XP (experience points) are earned through gameplay on live casino, slots and sportsbook wagers. The more you play, the more XP you earn - helping you progress through the levels and unlock rewards faster. For every €1 wagered, you’ll earn 1 XP. In addition to every €1 wagered, you’ll also earn 1 point. Accumulate points to redeem access to prize wheels, games, store items and more.
How do I get a dedicated VIP host?
Once you reach Platinum tier, you’ll be introduced to your personal VIP host, a direct point of contact for support, special offers, and all things VIP, optimizing your gaming experience across the board.
How does rakeback work?
Rakeback is available exclusively to slot wagering. Players are able to track their progress in the Missions tab. Rewards are auto-credited when you meet staking goals. Higher tiers unlock higher rakeback.
